Repairs under warranty

Where damages that are covered by warranty occur, we will repair your watch at one of our service centers at no charge. Please note that any other claims against 121TIME (e.g. compensation for damages, withdrawal from the purchase agreement, reimbursement of the purchase price or replacement of the watch) are not possible.

For repairs that comply with our warranty conditions please e-mail our customer services. You will then immediately receive detailed shipping instructions.

Before sending a watch in for repairs please fill in our Repair request form indicating the reason and product identification number on the warranty certificate.

Should it not be possible to repair your watch, we will exchange it or replace it with a watch that is similar in style and value
